Q: The size/color/style I want is out of stock at this time. When will you be getting more in?
A: As a retail merchant we have styles which can go out of stock and BLESSED IN OHIO makes every effort to stock enough sizes of every one of our products. However, occasionally we run out of certain styles. Since we are constantly adding new designs to our stores, it is possible that some older styles will not be reprinted. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding our selections, please contact us

Q: Where can I send my return/exchange?
A: In order to process a return, please fill out our returns form and send it along with the products. After we receive your return, please allow 7-10 days for us to process your refund or exchange.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders normally ship within 24 hours of being placed, and are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that all orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be considered as being received on the following business day. (e.g. an order received at 5:01 PM EST Monday will be considered as being received on Tuesday, and will be normally be shipped on Wednesday). In addition, an order received after 5:00 PM EST on Thursday will be shipped on Monday. Blessed in Ohio will ONLY SHIP ORDERS TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: 6.5% Sales tax is added only to orders where the billing address is located in Ohio.

A: Yes, you can. We are constantly holding design contests where participants are recognized on our site & social media (Facebook & Twitter) and have won Blessed In Ohio Online Gift Certificates of up to $50! They also get to see their handiwork on a design that thousands of people all over will see. If you would like to participate, just email your design to designs@blessedinohio.com. All designs must be in a native .psd, .ai or .eps cs5 file format or lower.
